I have been a Level One Certified instructor since June 2010 and have been CrossFitting since May of 2009. Since my first WOD I knew that I wanted to push the limits of what was possible physically and mentally for myself and others. This drive has led me to be a competitor in the CrossFit Games Open in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, and gave me the drive to coach and help establish one of the premier CrossFit gyms in Viera, Florida.Credentials:CF Level One Certified

I’ve suffered through hundreds of WODs and competed in over a dozen CrossFit competitions. This dedication to the sport of fitness is what led me to be a coach at CrossFit Viera.
